Detail description:

Diversified arc radius, section size 80-200mm, cutting length 3-14m.·Ladle turret is equipped with weighing device, emergency driven unit and variable frequency speed regulation.·Tundish car is equipped with AC electrical motor with variable frequency, hydraulic tundish lifting, and tundish horizontal position centering so that protecting casting and tundish nozzle centering can be easily operated.·Semi-leaf spring oscillator with high oscillating frequency, low oscillating stroke oscillates stably.·Five-roll module withdrawal and straightening unit with continuous straightening technology is to reduce ratio of billet deformation and prevent billet from straightening cracks effectively.·Roller table after torch cutting machine, transport roller table and discharge roller table are driven by concentrated chains.·Discharge system consists of high position pusher and slide rail cooling bed.·The caster is a high configuration machine. Automatic water mating, length cutting, and Human machine interface (HMI) are carried out via electro-automation control system.
